Software House Strategy to Scale

We build digital ecosystems, not just code.

Your product is more than features and deadlines. You need a system that acquires users, retains them, and scales without breaking. We deliver the strategy, engineering, and operations so you can focus on what matters.

Read more about our approach

Most agencies sell you sprints and tickets. We sell outcomes. Every line of code we write is tied to a business metric: conversion, retention, or efficiency. Our clients don't get "a mobile app"—they get an acquisition channel, a support tool, and a revenue driver rolled into one. From discovery to post-launch support, we own the full stack: architecture, design, development, QA, DevOps, and growth.

01

What we do

Six pillars of delivery: from custom software and mobile to ads and support. Each service is designed to give you a clear strategic advantage and a defined tech foundation.

01

Custom Software Development

Enterprise-grade web platforms, APIs, and internal tools that integrate with your existing stack and scale with your business.

Strategic advantage: Single source of truth, reduced operational cost, and faster time-to-market for new features.

TypeScript React AWS
02

Mobile Development

Native-feel iOS and Android apps: cross-platform or native when performance is critical. Offline-first, push, payments, analytics.

Strategic advantage: One codebase for both stores, faster iterations, and consistent UX across devices.

React Native Flutter
03

Performance Marketing & Ads

Paid acquisition that converts: Meta, Google, programmatic, and creative production. Full-funnel tracking and attribution.

Strategic advantage: Lower CAC, better LTV visibility, and creative that aligns with your product narrative.

Meta Ads GA4
04

DevOps & Cloud

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability. We keep your systems fast, secure, and cost-efficient.

Strategic advantage: Fewer outages, predictable scaling, and a clear path to multi-region or hybrid cloud.

Kubernetes Terraform
05

Support & SRE

24/7 monitoring, incident response, and proactive maintenance. SLAs with defined response times and escalation paths.

Strategic advantage: Your team stays focused on product; we own reliability and operational firefighting.

Grafana PagerDuty
06

Discovery & Strategy

Before we write a line of code, we align on goals, scope, and success metrics. Roadmaps, technical due diligence, and MVP definition.

Strategic advantage: No scope creep, clear milestones, and a shared language between business and engineering.

How we work

A six-step process from first conversation to long-term support. Each phase has clear deliverables and success criteria.

STEP 01

Discovery

What we do

Stakeholder interviews, technical audit, risk assessment, and goal alignment.

What you get

Stakeholder alignment document, technical brief, and a prioritized backlog with rough estimates.

STEP 02

Architecture & design

What we do

System design, API contracts, data models, and UX flows.

What you get

Architecture decision record (ADR), design system foundations, and a development-ready spec.

STEP 03

Sprint zero & setup

What we do

Repo structure, CI/CD, environments, and tooling.

What you get

Working pipeline, staging/production environments, and a team onboarded to the codebase.

STEP 04

Iterative build

What we do

Two-week sprints, weekly demos, code reviews, and automated tests.

What you get

Incremental releases, transparent progress, and a product that stays aligned with your roadmap.

STEP 05

Launch

What we do

Deployment, smoke tests, monitoring go-live, and handover documentation.

What you get

Live product, runbooks, and a support handover package with SLAs.

STEP 06

Support & evolution

What we do

Monitoring, incident response, patches, and feature iterations.

What you get

Stable uptime, predictable maintenance cost, and a partner for the next phase of growth.

03

Tech stack

Modern, proven technologies organized by layer. We choose tools that scale and that our team masters.

Frontend

React Vue.js TypeScript Next.js Tailwind CSS

Backend

Node.js Python PostgreSQL Redis GraphQL

Mobile

React Native Flutter Swift Kotlin Expo

Cloud & DevOps

Compliance & security

We take data protection and process quality seriously. Our practices align with GDPR, ISO standards, and secure development lifecycles.

GDPR

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis and document it. Data minimization, purpose limitation, and storage limits are applied by default. We support data subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, portability) within contractual timeframes and can sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers. Subprocessors are vetted and listed in our DPA.

ISO 27001 & quality

Our internal security and quality practices follow ISO 27001–aligned controls: access management, encryption at rest and in transit, change management, and incident response. We use ISO 9001–inspired processes for project delivery: documented procedures, review gates, and continuous improvement. Certifications are available upon request for enterprise tenders.

Security protocols

Secure development: threat modeling, dependency scanning, and code review before release. Infrastructure: secrets management, network segmentation, and regular patching. We support penetration testing and can provide SOC 2–style documentation for vendor assessments. Incident response is defined and tested; we report breaches according to applicable law and contract.

Frequently asked questions

Deep answers to common questions about engagement models, timelines, and what to expect when working with us.

What engagement models do you offer: fixed price, T&M, or dedicated team?

We offer all three. Fixed price works best for well-scoped MVPs or defined deliverables. Time & materials suits discovery-heavy or evolving scope. Dedicated teams are ideal when you need a long-term extension of your engineering org with clear ownership. We recommend the model during discovery based on your goals and risk tolerance.

How long does a typical MVP take from kickoff to launch?

Most MVPs land in 6–12 weeks after discovery, depending on scope (e.g. web-only vs. web + mobile, integrations, compliance). We define a phased roadmap so you can launch an initial version and iterate. Timeline is fixed in the proposal after discovery.

Do you work with our existing design system and tech stack?

Yes. We integrate with your design tokens, component libraries, and backend services. If your stack is outdated or high-risk, we may recommend incremental modernization and document it in the technical brief. We don't force a single stack—we adapt to what serves the product.

What does post-launch support look like? SLAs and escalation?

Support packages include 24/7 monitoring, defined response times (e.g. P1 within 1 hour), and escalation paths. We provide runbooks, on-call rotation, and optional retainer hours for enhancements. SLAs are agreed in the contract and reviewed quarterly.

How do you handle IP and code ownership?

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom code and deliverables are assigned to you upon payment. We use standard contracts that clearly state assignment of IP. Third-party OSS remains under their licenses; we document dependencies and compliance (e.g. GPL) so you have no surprises.

Can you take over an in-progress or legacy project?

Yes. We do technical due diligence first: codebase review, architecture, and runbooks. We then propose a handover plan (knowledge transfer, documentation gaps, refactors if needed). Many of our clients come to us after an agency or internal team has left; we stabilize and then evolve.

Do you support compliance audits (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR)?

We provide documentation, DPAs, and security questionnaires. For SOC 2 or full ISO audits we can coordinate with your auditors and supply evidence. There may be an additional fee for extensive audit support; we scope it per request.

What's the typical team structure on a project?

Small projects: 1–2 engineers + a lead. Medium: 2–4 engineers, design, and a PM. Large or dedicated: full squad with QA and DevOps. We assign a single point of contact (PM or Tech Lead) and keep the team stable for continuity.
